6-24-09...two half

I am two and a half today - can you believe it?

I am really getting the hang of this smiling thing. I gave this smile to Memphis for his 1/2 birthday today!

6-22-09...2 month check-up

10 pounds, 1 ounce (25th percentile)
21 1/2 inches (10th percentile)
Two shots and a squirt of meds int he mouth (which I spit out).
A healthy little girl! The doc says that I just want to be small...

Memphis found a picture of us in the book he was lookign at. He said, "Look! Baby shishter and Momma and Mensir!"

And Memphis made sure they took good care of me!

My first 3D movie. Yes. I kept the glasses on - and I LOVED it!

The Beach

We spent a handful of days at the beach with Momma, Daddy, Meme and Auntie Stefanie at Meme's time share. I called it "Meme's beach house." The weather wasn't eh greatest, but we still had SO MUCH fun!

I played in the waves.

I collected rocks.

I'm all dressed up for the sun (too bad there isn't much to be had around here...)

I saw the ocean for the first time. The sound of the waves made me sleepy.


We went swimming at the pool A LOT. I can swim all by myself in my Mickey Mouse float. I think it is pretty impressive.

Even I got to go swimming (for the first time). I immediately got very relaxed and smiley. Momma said it must have reminded me of my previous home.

New Skills...

ORDERING PAY-PER-VIEW: One day, when Momma wasn't payign attention, I got the TV remote and started pushing lots of buttons. I ended up ordering a Pay-Per-View movie! The best part? It happened to be Disney's BOLT!

LIFTING MY HEAD: I like to look in the mirror.

TRACKING & BATTING: I also like to lay "in the jungle" on my play mat and watch the lights and toys move. I am just startign to bat at them!

HOLDING ONTO TOYS: My very favortie is my elephant rattle!
